My purpose, led by Sophie Edelgren, is to assist you in strengthening both your mental and physical well-being in a secure, supportive, and structured manner. I am committed to addressing taboos and unspoken questions related to work-life-balance, burnouts, stress, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, motherhood, ect.

 

Throughout our sessions, my goal is to establish an honest and trusting space where we can openly share our unique experiences. It's important to recognise that you are likely not alone in the feelings, thoughts, or questions you may have.

 

My philosophy revolves around not restricting or eliminating the things that bring you joy but guiding you to incorporate healthier practices into your mental and physical health journey. Together, we can navigate this transformative period with a focus on overall well-being.
